You have our money back guarantee: use our RoboCut for 30 days (plus another 30 days grace period) and if you are not fully satisfied, simply return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Just do not exceed 60 days between the day you received it and the day we get it back.

You also have our 1 year TOTAL warranty. This is not just parts and labor like most other warranties. This is everything: if your haircutter has any problem or you damage it accidentally or "you run your truck over it", we will repair or replace it free of charge for 1 year after purchase. Plus you have another 1 year grace period. Inside 2 years, expect free warranty.
