The built-in automatic air flow gives you what no other product can: as soon as you plug one cord in the outlet, you are already doing the haircut. You do not drag-out your household vacuum, plug the vacuum in the outlet, plug the haircutter in the outlet, connect the hoses, turn-on the vacuum, turn-on the haircutter, turn-off the haircutter, turn-off the vacuum always in that sequence through the haircut.
You do not have to mind the vacuum! The airflow and the clippings collection start and stop automatically. Never change bags, the high-tech filter requires to just tap the hair out every 20 or 30 haircuts. It is the ultimate convenience. As I write this, I remember: once I tried the Automatic I had to have it for myself and never looked back to the old vac.
